Larry's Aerobic Workout Information
This is where you'll find all the information about a workout with Nick at the Savannah Sports Pool in The
Villages.
Remember, we'll work out whenever anyone shows up to the class except when lightning is present or the
temperature goes below 60 degrees. We've had as few as 1, and as many as 100. Lowest temperature was
50, and we’ve even had workouts in the pouring rain.
It's fun and exciting. Keep coming. If there is a pool closing, I'll try to let you know right away. But if in
doubt, call the Savannah Center. The key to success is to commit to every class for at least 2 months.
This is a challenging water aerobics training program designed to increase endurance, flexibility, and
strength over time while providing a moderate aerobic workout to benefit cardio pulmonary function.
It's a full-body workout that will challenge every class member. So, the pace will usually be faster than
most people can manage just to encourage development and set a target goal. I really want everyone
to increase their endurance and ability steadily over time.

Typical workout includes:
We begin the week with our high energy, total fitness
routine including:
This is a complete fitness program. I keep
the class challenging and fun. You are
encouraged to work at your own pace,
and I set a pace a little more agressive to
give you something to work toward. If you
stay with me, in just a couple of weeks
you will notice significant improvement,
flexibility, stamina, strength, and control.

Class Cheer
"Do it in the water. It's the LAW."
The name of the class changed from 'Larry's Water Aerobics' to 'Larry's Aerobic Workout (LAW)."
A poster at the front of the class read:
It's The
    Larry's
     Aerobic
     Workout
At the end of the workout, Nick will say, "That's it. Until next time..."
to which everybody will shout with gusto the Class Cheer:
